Mainline Railway Stations

The following stations are all within walking distance of City of London School:

London Blackfriars
London Cannon Street
London Bridge
London Liverpool Street
London Waterloo

Underground and DLR

It is a short walk to Blackfriars*, Mansion House and Cannon Street stations (District and Circle Lines)

* Blackfriars Tube station is now closed for redevelopment until 2011. Therefore students and visitors are advised to use Mansion House station. This does not affect mainline railway services at Blackfriars.

St Paul's station is less than five minutes walk to the School (Central Line)

Bank station is less than ten minutes walk from the School (Central and Northern Lines)

Barbican station is also within walking distance (Circle, Hammersmith and City and Metropolitan Lines and the Docklands Light Railway)

Buses

The School is well served by bus routes. The following services all stop at or around St Paul's Cathedral, which is less than five minutes walk to School:

Numbers 4, 8, 11, 15, 17, 23, 25, 26, 45, 63, 76, 149, 172, 501, 505 and 521.

Car parking

For visitors to City of London School, there is a multi-storey car park in Baynard House, Queen Victoria Street.
